These terms apply to every purchase from AminoGrade. Placing an order confirms that you have read and accept them.

Who may purchase
Customers must be at least 21 years old and buying for a laboratory, an institution, or their own qualified research. By ordering, you confirm you have the training, equipment, and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.
Permitted use
Products are sold for in-vitro research and laboratory experimentation only.
Prohibited use
You may not use our products, or allow anyone else to use them:
- for consumption, injection, or any other administration to people
- for veterinary use
- as drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or household chemicals
- for resale to anyone who intends any of the uses above
Product information
Nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim of any therapeutic or physiological effect. Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.
Order review
We review orders and customer messages. We may decline or cancel any order, and close any account, when an order, message, or review indicates human or veterinary use. We don’t answer questions about dosing, administration, or personal use.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you receive, store, use, and dispose of our products, and for following safe laboratory practice.
Shipping
We confirm carrier, timing, and whether we can ship to your destination when we reply to your order request. Some destinations may be restricted.
Questions
Can you advise on dosing or administration?
No. We supply research materials and their documentation only. We don’t provide dosing, administration, or any human-use guidance, and orders or messages that ask for it are declined.
How do I get the COA for my vial?
Enter the lot number from your vial or packing slip on the Testing and COAs page, or email support@aminograde.com with the product, vial size, and lot number.
How should lyophilized peptides be stored?
Keep sealed vials at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture. Let a vial reach room temperature before opening it to limit condensation.
Why do I confirm research use with every order?
Our products are sold only for laboratory research. The confirmation records that you have read and accepted these terms for each order.
How do I pay?
Send an order request from your cart. We reply by email with pricing and payment details.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Email us with your destination before ordering and we’ll confirm whether we can ship there.
